Arab Weather - In a bold move that reflects its growing ambitions, Bastami & Sahib Trading Group, a leader in the Jordanian automotive sector, announced its entry into the world of real estate through a strategic partnership between Construction Solutions for Real Estate Management, one of Bastami & Sahib Group companies, and Al-Samaa Al-Mudiaa for Investment and Real Estate Development .

The agreement was signed on behalf of Construction Solutions Company by Mr. Rami Al-Saheb, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Mohammed Kamal Al-Bastami, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Eng. Akram Mahasneh, CEO of the Group, and on behalf of Al-Samaa Al-Mud’ia Company by Eng. Mahmoud Al-Saudi and Eng. Ismail Al-Saudi, in the presence of the project consultant, Eng. Amer Al-Basheer, representing Al-Atlalah Engineering Consulting Company, and a number of executive management managers from both sides .

Under this partnership, a mega project will be launched in the capital, Amman, Al-Karama neighborhood - Airport Road, where an integrated commercial complex will be built on an area of 32 thousand square meters. The project, which is estimated to be invested at 20 million dinars, aims to meet the growing demand for commercial and office spaces, and is expected to be completed within twenty-four months and in accordance with the latest construction and real estate development standards .

In this context, Mr. Rami Al Sahib, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bastami & Sahib Trading Group, stated that this agreement comes within the group’s strategy to expand into new economic fields, and to utilize its expertise in management and investment to support the local economy and enhance the real estate environment in the Kingdom .

Eng.
