While survivors said that the water reached the upper floors of the buildings; They heard a sound similar to the sound of an explosion, the source of which was later revealed to be the collapse of a dam, as a result of which water flowed and flooded residential areas, and residents began fleeing across the roofs of buildings, or clinging to furniture for hours in rooms that were flooded with water.
