According to Reuters, the World Meteorological Organization expects the global rate of carbon dioxide concentration to exceed 400 parts per million in 2015 and 2016. The sea, according to the opinion of this organization.

The Secretary-General of the World Meteorological Organization, Michel Jarraud, said in a statement that "full awareness must be created of the seriousness of the continuous increase in carbon dioxide levels that leads to climate change, and he added that if we want to preserve our planet, we need to take decisive action to stop new emissions of these gases in the future."

The Arab Regional Weather Center believes that the rise or fall of temperature is a natural cycle that occurs in the Earth's climate every period of time, and that there is no clear scientific evidence of the direct impact of carbon dioxide gas on the Earth's climate.
