• Afforestation of the kingdom by planting 10 billion trees.

The importance of this concept, in turn, lies in re-considering carbon as a resource of industrial and economic value that can be used in a renewable manner, instead of treating it as harmful emissions only.

The concept of the circular economy of carbon mainly depends on the current methods of managing emissions, in addition to its reliance on the “circular economy” approach that is widely followed globally, the concept of (CCE) is built on the three pillars “Rs3” of the circular economy business model, which lies in reducing and reusing Recycling as the three main pillars of managing GHGs. Moreover, the CCE concept adds a fourth important element, namely removal, and the work of this overarching concept can be summarized as either reducing GHG emissions ) from the stage of production and consumption, or captured and impounded and then reused, recycled or removed through storage.
