Conditions for bringing a wife to the Emirates:

The required documents:

1. Request entry permission with a colored personal photo with a white background.
2. A copy of the sponsor’s passport and residence visa.
3. A copy of the sponsored person’s passport, which must be valid for a period of no less than 6 months.
4. Marriage contract.
5. Birth certificate of children.
6. A written pledge not to marry underage females (under 18 years of age).
7. Salary certificate and employment contract, where the salary must not be less than 3,000 dirhams with housing provided by the employer, or a value of no less than 4,000 dirhams in the event that housing is not provided by the employer. Teachers, imams of mosques, and drivers of school buses, colleges, universities, and scientific institutes are excluded from this requirement.
8. Notarized lease contract.
9. Latest electricity bill.
10. The mail receipt in the case of a regular request, or the receipt in the case of an urgent request.

The application is submitted via:

1. Fill out the application in the designated printing center.
2. Submit the required documents and the completed form to the Nationality and Passports Department.
3. The permit is received either by regular mail or immediately in the case of an urgent request.

Fees:

• Entry permit fee: 110 dirhams.
• Additional fees in case of urgent requests: 100 dirhams.

After the family members enter the country and obtain a residence visa, the resident sponsor who wishes to obtain residency for the family must complete all conditions for bringing the wife into the Emirates and the necessary procedures within a period not exceeding two months from the entry of the wife and children into the country.
