The weather condition will decline in the morning hours, and then begin to affect many areas of Turkey, leading to rain. Heavy rain at intervals, with its impact increasing during the dawn and morning hours of Thursday, to include Georgia.

Expectations also indicate continued strong activity of Atlantic storms in the western and northwestern regions of the European continent, bringing heavy rains and strong winds, which may lead to the formation of torrents and rising water levels on the roads in several countries, including Portugal, Spain, France, Ireland and Britain.
