Creating new devices to predict climate from space

ArabiaWeather.com - Russian scientists from the "Russian Space Systems Corporation" have created devices that monitor the climate on Earth from outer space. This is done by obtaining high-resolution thermal images of the Earth's surface from space, within the framework of the medium and long-range infrared spectral channels.

The new devices will solve environmental problems, study climate changes, and detect forest fires early. It will also help experts determine the direction of the spread of fires, volcanic activities, floods, hurricanes, storms, and other natural phenomena, as well as follow up on the state of the atmosphere, soil, seas, and oceans.

The Foundation stated that these devices use new radiation sources, and have obtained a certificate of competency from the Eighth World Forum "Intellectual Property in the Twentieth Century".
