Arab Weather - Dana Biosphere Reserve is one of the most beautiful natural areas in Jordan, blending stunning nature with unique biodiversity and ancient history. The reserve is the only one in Jordan that encompasses all four biogeographical regions: the Mediterranean, the Irano-Turanian, the Saharo-Arabian, and the Sudanian. This rare diversity makes it a melting pot of species from Europe, Africa, and Asia, creating an exceptional ecosystem.
The reserve boasts a vast array of wildlife, with more than 800 plant and 449 animal species recorded. Of these, 25 are threatened with extinction, including the sand cat, Syrian wolf, lesser kestrel, and spiny-tailed lizard (dab). This biodiversity enhances the reserve's importance as a habitat for rare species, making it an important destination for researchers and tourists interested in wildlife.

Departing from the guest house, it gives visitors the opportunity to see Dana village from above, while also exploring its gardens and Ottoman architectural landmarks.
Visitors can meet local people and learn about the history of the area.
The trail is available year-round, with or without a guide.
A circular trail starting from Al-Barrah area and passing through the mountains, springs and archaeological sites in Al-Nawatif.
A unique experience for nature lovers and walking among diverse terrains .
Suitable for adventure lovers who are not afraid of heights.
It passes through Wadi Al Dathna and Wadi Al Hamra, reaching the Feynan area.
Available all year round except Ramadan, and must be accompanied by a licensed guide.
