And the weather maps in the Arab Weather Center still indicate that an expected deepening of the so-called Red Sea depression towards the Kingdom in conjunction with the intensification of an extension of the Siberian High is expected to occur over Iraq and the Badia of the Levant, which means that the regions of the Levant will be affected by volatile weather during the next two days .

Strong winds and dust

It is expected, God willing, that cold, dry, brisk easterly to southeasterly winds will continue, accompanied by strong gusts today, Saturday, and Saturday/Sunday night and Sunday.

It is not excluded that wind gusts will reach more than 70 km/h, especially in the high mountainous heights, Shafa Ghouria areas, the Dead Sea, the Shara Mountains, and some desert areas.

It is expected that the winds will cause dust waves at intervals that affect the cities of the Kingdom on Saturdays and Sundays and cause a decrease in the horizontal visibility.

As a result, the Arab Weather Center alerts farmers of the dangers of the impact of these eastern winds on greenhouses and crops in the Jordan Valley or Shafa Ghoria regions. It is also recommended to install external holdings.
