`Education` issues important instructions for Tawjihi students in Jordan

This comes in compliance with the Ministry of Defense Orders No. 35, which requires that everyone who has completed 18 years receive two doses of vaccine against the Corona virus, approved in all official and private state institutions.

About 200,000 participants are applying for the current session, and the ministry announced earlier the examination program, which extends for three weeks and for all branches of academic and vocational education.

Education stressed the need for applicants to attend the examination hall at least half an hour before the start of the examination , as it is forbidden for any participant to enter the hall after the time specified for the start of the examination, and the school door is closed when the examination begins, and it is strictly forbidden for any participant to enter a hall other than his original hall.

She explained that the participant must bring proof of identity daily when submitting the exam, which is the civil status card or passport for the Jordanian, the passport for the non-Jordanian, the identification card for children of Jordanian women, and the security card for the Syrian participant who does not hold a passport. The proof of identity is placed on the participant’s seat, and is not required The participant prints his electronic sitting card, and he will receive a paper copy of it from the hall chair on the first day of the exam he takes.

It indicated that the participant must make sure to write his name and his seat number in the designated place on each of the question papers, the scanner paper, and the answer book. It is forbidden to write his name in an unallocated place. To ensure that the number of pages of the examination paper as well as the number of paragraphs are complete.

The participant must also use the pencil only to shade his answers on the scanner paper, noting that the scanner paper is only approved by the Ministry of Education to calculate the participant’s mark for multiple choice questions.

She indicated that the participant for the subjects (Arabic, English, and Mathematics), which includes two types of questions: multiple-choice questions and structural questions, must answer the multiple-choice questions with a pencil on the optical reader paper, and as for the construction questions, he should answer them on a notebook Answer with ink.

With regard to the subject of industrial drawing, the participant answers all the questions on the answer book, and is allowed to use drawing tools.

The Education noted that it is forbidden to enter any cellular device, headphones, diet, papers related to the exam, calculators of all kinds, or any electronic devices (such as watches) that contain a camera or a receiver (headset), or any means used to cheat or anything that affects the The conduct of the exam , and anyone who violates it exposes himself to penalties that may amount to depriving him of all the examination sections of the year 2022 and preventing him from applying for the supplementary exam 2022 (refer to the administrative procedures dealing with the violation of the examination instructions).

The question paper, the scanner paper, and the answer book are all official documents, and their contents may not be tampered with, papers may be extracted from, or taken outside the exam room under pain of deprivation.

She added that it is strictly forbidden to bring any ballpoint, liquid or lead pen, and the ministry will provide a pencil case for each participant that contains a ballpoint pen, three pencils, an eraser and a sharpener.
