Arab Weather - The star Suhail was spotted in the sky of the United Arab Emirates at 5:20 am on Saturday 8/24/2024 from the city of Al Ain. The Storm Center published a picture of the celestial body on the X website, as it was taken by Tamim Al Tamimi, a member of the Emirates Astronomy Society.

The Arabic proverb says:

"If Suhail rises, the nights get cold."

Suhail star heralds the end of the heat

Although temperatures will not drop immediately, nighttime temperatures will begin to gradually decrease, indicating the beginning of a change in the weather.

In a previous statement to the Khaleej Times, Ibrahim Al Jarwan, Chairman of the Emirates Astronomy Society, said that the star Suhail will be visible at dawn starting from August 24.
