Weather forecasters at Arab Weather said that several weather conditions will come together on Monday, forming a strong rainy condition and tropical clouds that may develop off the coast of Libya later on Monday, as tropical moisture rushes into all layers of the atmosphere, coinciding with the deepening of a relatively cold upper basin from the center of the European continent, in addition to the originally warm waters of the Mediterranean, as the warm waters of the Mediterranean are an important factor in stimulating the growth of strong cumulonimbus clouds due to the saturation of water vapor in all layers of the atmosphere.
