The National Center warned the citizens of the direct effects of cumulus clouds and the accompanying rainfall of varying intensity, and activity in wind speeds that some of their winds reach a barrier of 45 km/h, in addition to the wind’s direct effects on maritime navigation and the accompanying severe turbulence in the waters of the Arabian Gulf. .
