The committee received various proposals from active astronomical associations in Morocco, including the Moroccan Initiative for Science and Thought, which proposed a name for the star Mazilia Mazilia, meaning the kind girl, an ancient name for the Kingdom of Morocco before birth, and the name of the planet Tin Hinan.
