Arab Weather - The satellite images of the Arab Regional Weather Center have monitored the progress of a dense dusty wave from the Badia of Jordan towards the western regions of Iraq, specifically the Al-Rutba region west of Anbar and the Trebil border crossing, and at the same time, a dense dust wave began to form in the north of Syrian territory, which is expected to gradually enter Towards the northwestern regions during the evening and night hours of Sunday/Monday, including western Mosul and Tikrit.
Meanwhile, the southernmost regions are witnessing an increase in dust levels as a result of the activity of the northwest winds.
The impact of the dust wave transmitted from Badia Al-Sham to central and southern Iraq expands with the dawn and morning hours of Monday, to include the capital, Baghdad, and lead to a significant decrease in the range of horizontal visibility.
It is expected that the weather will continue to be dusty with varying intensity for the rest of the day on Monday, with the concentration of dust in the northern regions, God willing, as a result of the activity of the dusty and dust-laden westerly winds carried from the Badia of the Levant.
