Arab Weather - The weather forecasting staff at the Arab Weather Regional Center reported that the latest outputs of numerical computer models indicate that northern Iraq will be affected today, Friday, and during the coming days by a state of atmospheric instability resulting from the approach of a cold air mass in the upper layers of the atmosphere, coinciding with the availability of warm air currents in the layers of the atmosphere close to the Earth's surface.
From Friday to Sunday, coinciding with the autumnal equinox, hot to very hot weather prevails, with the emergence of atmospheric instability in the northern regions, where clouds multiply at different altitudes and thunderstorms fall at intervals. The rain is sometimes heavy and accompanied by hail, which requires attention to the risks of flash floods in the northern regions. There is a noticeable activity in the speed of the dust-raising winds during the passage of thunderclouds.
