The Arab Weather notes the necessity of adhering to the following instructions to prevent sunstroke and the risks of heat stress:

• Avoid direct and prolonged exposure to sunlight, especially at noon and afternoon.
• Drink sufficient amounts of water to hydrate the body and compensate for the lack of fluids caused by sweating.
• Do not leave children inside the vehicle due to the large and massive heat storage inside the vehicles.
