Arab Weather - The weather maps in the Arab Regional Weather Center indicate that Iraq is affected by air currents with lower temperatures that lead to a gradual decrease in temperatures starting on Sunday, and the decline increases with the middle of the week, despite that, the weather will be hot in the western and mountainous regions of the Republic. It is very hot in the rest of the regions during daylight hours, coinciding with the appearance of clouds at medium and high altitudes in separate areas of the country, especially the southern ones.
It is expected that the weather during the nights of this week will be generally hot, especially in the early evening and night hours, but the weather will tend to be moderate in the far western regions of the country, specifically west of Anbar, in addition to the high northern mountainous heights.
From Monday, during the middle and end of the week, moderate westerly to northwesterly winds will blow over Iraq, sometimes active and accompanied by strong gusts in the southern regions. The winds will raise dust and dust in separate parts of the country and carry dust that sometimes leads to low horizontal visibility.
The maximum temperatures are in the middle of the week, between the mid-to-late thirties in the western regions of the country, while they are between the early and mid-forties in the northern and central regions, including the capital, Baghdad. As for the southern regions, temperatures exceed the mid-forties most of the time.
