And he confirmed that the moon will enter the region of the semi-shadow of the Earth at exactly eight o’clock and 14 minutes in the evening, Friday, Mecca Al-Mukarramah time, which is the stage that cannot be noticed with the naked eye, followed by the beginning of the partial eclipse with the entry of the eastern edge of the moon disk into the region of the earth’s shadow at nine o’clock and 24 minutes in the evening. Where the viewer notices the appearance of the blackness of the earth’s shadow on the disk of the moon, which is the actual beginning of the eclipse of the century tonight.

He added that the eclipse continues partially, and with the passage of time, at 10:30 pm, the total eclipse of the moon begins, as it is entirely in the shadow of the earth and acquires a copper-red color. The total lunar eclipse reaches its climax at 11:22 a.m., and the phase of the total lunar eclipse ends at 1:13 a.m., but the invisible part of the eclipse continues until 2:30 a.m. on Saturday.
