The summer weather is relatively hot in the western and mountainous regions of the Kingdom, and hot to very hot in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and the city of Aqaba, in addition to the eastern desert regions. The weather is suitable for trips in mountainous areas, especially the mountains of Ajloun and Jerash.
In detail, temperatures remain slightly above average for this time of year. Relatively hot summer weather prevails in various regions, and very hot in the Jordan Valley, with low clouds appearing in the north of the Kingdom and some central regions during the early morning hours.
Maximum temperatures are in the early 30s Celsius over the mountains, while they reach the mid-30s Celsius in the rest of the cities and regions of the Kingdom, and reach the early 40s Celsius in the Jordan Valley and Aqaba, and thus the weather is hot in those areas. Winds are moderate northwesterly, accompanied by active gusts in the afternoon and evening.
During the night hours, the weather remains moderate to pleasant and humid, making the atmosphere suitable for outdoor seating.
It is also noted that the weather will be suitable for trips and outdoor activities during the afternoon hours in all regions of the Kingdom, and it is possible to go out during the weekend in particular to areas that enjoy greenery and mountainous heights such as the mountains of Jerash, Ajloun, and Salt.
