Arab Weather - The latest outputs of the numerical models received at the Air Operations Department of the Arab Weather Company indicate a hot air mass rushing from the Arabian Peninsula towards the Kingdom as of Wednesday, and the expected hot air mass rises to the so-called heat wave, and it is considered the first heat waves of the summer for the year 2021.
On Wednesday, the Kingdom will be affected by the heat wave, so that there is a noticeable rise in temperatures to become several degrees higher than their rates, and the weather will be hot over all regions of the Kingdom. Light to moderate speed, may be active temporarily in some areas.
The effect of the heat wave on the Kingdom deepens on Thursday, and there is a further rise in temperatures to be much higher than their rates, and the summer weather will be hot to very hot in general, with a gradual spread of medium and high clouds, starting from the south of the Kingdom and reaching the rest of the regions on the evening and night of Thursday/Friday .
The effect of the heat wave recedes slightly from the Kingdom on Friday, and the temperatures remain above their rates, with the weather continuing to be very hot in general, and clouds appear at medium and high altitudes, especially in the Badia regions and the eastern regions of the Kingdom.
It is expected, God willing, that the heat wave will coincide with a rise in surface humidity, which will cause an increase in the feeling of heat and distress during daylight hours and even at night, especially in low-lying areas.
Night temperatures rise from Wednesday/Thursday night, and the weather becomes warmer in all regions of the Kingdom, relatively hot in low-lying areas, including the Jordan Valley and Aqaba.
The heat wave is accompanied by a rise in temperatures to high levels above all regions of the Kingdom, where temperatures are expected to reach and exceed mid-forty degrees Celsius in the Badia and Jordan Valley regions, and at lower levels in Aqaba, and it is not excluded that temperatures in some neighborhoods and regions of the capital Amman will approach a barrier 40 degrees Celsius on Thursday, especially in the eastern parts of the capital.
The heat wave is accompanied by a flow of moisture through the middle and upper layers of the atmosphere, resulting in a limited state of atmospheric instability on Thursday and Friday, and there is a weak possibility of local showers of random rain concentrated in the southern and eastern Badia regions.
