Rain is expected, God willing, at intervals in the north of the Kingdom, increasing in intensity over time, while the chances of some intermittent rain showers, God willing, will be weaker in some parts of the central part of the Kingdom.
During the daytime hours, southwesterly winds are expected to be active at times, stirring up dust and sand in desert areas.
God willing, it is expected that the area of rainfall will increase during the late hours of Monday evening and Monday/Tuesday night, so that it will include large parts of the north and center of the Kingdom at intervals, and will later extend in the late hours of the night towards Karak Governorate. These rains are also expected to be accompanied by heavy centers for some time, especially parts of the north of the Kingdom.
During the dawn and morning hours of Tuesday, due to the significant increase in humidity levels and the cold weather, it is expected that the mountainous heights will be crossed by clouds touching the ground surface, which will cause fog to form and horizontal visibility to decrease in those areas.
On Tuesday, the Kingdom is expected to remain under the influence of the cold air mass accompanying the low pressure system, which is expected to gradually begin to dissipate over time.
The weather will be wintry with showers of rain falling at intervals, gradually concentrating over time over the highlands of the south of the Kingdom and the desert regions, accompanied by occasional hail falling over the highlands.
Some precipitation may sometimes be frozen in the form of light snow on the high peaks of the Sharah Mountains, such as Jabal Mabrak, Al-Haisha, and the peaks of Al-Qadisiyah and Al-Rashidiyah.
During the night hours of Tuesday, the weather activity is expected to decline in all regions of the Kingdom, with the chance of some rain showers remaining in the south of the Kingdom, and fog forming in large parts of the Kingdom.
The weather will also become remarkably cold, and night temperatures will drop significantly, approaching zero degrees Celsius in some areas.
Frost is expected to form in the eastern plains, some areas of the southern Badia, and the Sharah Mountains.
