Weather of Arabia - The Directorate of Operations and Consular Affairs in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs announced that the number of deaths among Jordanian citizens performing Hajj rituals had risen to fourteen deaths, while the number of missing pilgrims had reached 17 pilgrims.

Ambassador Dr. confirmed Sufyan Al-Qudah, Director of the Directorate of Operations and Consular Affairs, said that the Ministry, through the Directorate of Operations and Consular Affairs and the Kingdom’s Consulate General in Jeddah, is following up with the competent Saudi authorities on the procedures for burying the pilgrims and transporting the bodies of those whose families wish to return them to the Kingdom as quickly as possible. It is also following up on the search for the seven pilgrims. Ten missing.

The judges explained that the deceased and missing pilgrims were from outside the official Jordanian Hajj mission. The judges expressed their sincere condolences and sympathy to the families of the deceased pilgrims, calling on God to cover them with His vast mercy and great forgiveness.
