Jordan | Public Security warns of landslides as rainy season begins

Arab Weather - The Public Security Directorate stressed the need to drive carefully and cautiously and leave a sufficient safe distance between vehicles, with the first showers of rain that usually cause landslides as a result of rainwater mixing with dust and vehicle waste on the roads.

The Directorate also stressed the importance of ensuring the safety of tires and brakes to avoid traffic accidents.

She pointed out its high readiness and the spread of its traffic patrols in the field, calling on citizens not to hesitate to call the unified emergency number 911 when needed.
