Arab priest - The director of the Jordan Electricity Company, Hassan Abdullah, said on Friday morning that the company is still working on repairing electrical faults in some areas.
Abdullah explained to "The Kingdom", that the cadres of the Electricity Company have been working since the beginning of the depression to restore the current and follow up the complaints received, and citizens complained, on Friday morning, about the continued power cuts in their homes.
Al-Mamlaka correspondent confirmed the power outage in areas in Al-Rabiah, Umm Al-Summaq, and Al-Fuhais.
Zaid, who lives in Al-Hussein area, said that the electricity has been cut off from his house for more than 24 hours. Regulatory advisor to the Jordan Electricity Company, Salah Al-Khaza'leh, said that repairing the low-voltage electrical network ends at 2 am on Friday.
Yazan, who lives on Shukri Street in Jabal Al-Akhdar, east of Amman, confirmed that his house had been without electricity since Wednesday.
He indicated that he contacted the Jordanian Electricity Company, which in turn promised to repair the fault, but to no avail, and drew attention to the presence of 3 damaged electric poles in his area.
And the regulatory advisor to the Jordanian Electricity Company, Salah Al-Khaza’leh, had said that repairing the malfunctions of the low-voltage electrical network ends at two in the morning on Friday.
Al-Khazaleh added to the "Voice of the Kingdom" program, "The electricity will return to everyone after two hours from midnight."
