Jordan: Very humid air currents on Friday as winter weather continues and the effects of the very cold air mass recede on Saturday.

Arab Weather - The latest computer mapping outputs from the Arab Weather Regional Center indicate that the Kingdom will be affected by very humid westerly air currents, coinciding with the continuation of a very cold air mass on Friday. Temperatures will remain within cold winter levels, and several degrees Celsius lower than their average for this time of year, i.e. about 7 to 9 degrees Celsius. The weather will be very cold and humid across all regions, and very cold over the high mountainous elevations.

Clouds are expected to form, making the weather cloudy with intermittent rain, God willing, in the north and center of the Kingdom, as well as Karak Governorate and the eastern parts of the country. Heavy rains are likely, accompanied by hail.

In the morning hours, there is still a chance of snow showers falling on the high mountain peaks in the north, center, and south of the Kingdom, in addition to the peaks of the northeastern Badia. Snow may accumulate at times, especially on the peaks of Jerash and Ajloun. It is also likely to accumulate at times on the peaks of Al-Qadisiyah and Al-Rashadiyah in Tafilah Governorate, the peaks of Shobak and southern Taybeh, and the peaks surrounding Petra and Wadi Musa.
