Jordan - Weather update 1:10 PM | Parts of the eastern part of the Kingdom are witnessing heavy rain showers that led to the formation of floods in the Azraq area

Arab Weather - Following the latest developments in the state of atmospheric instability, the latest satellite images indicate that parts of the eastern part of the Kingdom are exposed to heavy and thundery showers of rain, which led to the formation of torrents in the Azraq region and a rise in water levels on the roads.

Forecasts for the coming hours and this evening indicate that the Kingdom will continue to be affected by a state of atmospheric instability and that chances of rain will be concentrated in the eastern parts of the Kingdom. These rains will be thundery and sometimes accompanied by heavy showers.

The weather conditions require attention while driving on the roads due to heavy rains, high water levels, and the possibility of floods and torrents being carried. We also note the possibility of low horizontal visibility in the eastern part of the Kingdom due to the activity of the winds during the passage of thunderclouds, which sometimes leads to dust being stirred up.
