Arab Weather - Dr. Ammar Al-Sakaji, President of the Jordanian Astronomical Society, said that solar activity and sunspots were monitored and studied today, Saturday, at 1:40 PM, November 9, 2024, Jordan time, from the Al-Aalouk region - Jordan.
Several sunspots appeared as follows:

  • From the top and far right
  • AR3879, AR3878
  • Left to right
  • In the middle is the next sunspot, arranged from left to right.
  • AR3889, AR3886, AR3884, AR3883, AR3881

This distribution shows a new sunspot, AR38889, which is in the midline region, the second from the left. It is an unstable sunspot of the beta-gamma-delta magnetic field type, and 18 sunspots are clustered in it, and its size is approximately 1000 million square kilometers, or about twice the surface area of planet Earth.
