As the assistant head of the climate change department at the Copernicus Observatory said, “We can say, with almost certainty, that the year 2023 will be the hottest in history, and that the feeling of the necessity of taking urgent, ambitious climate measures, with the approaching COP28 climate summit, is stronger than ever before.” ".
