Sometimes the need to feel joy is more than other material needs. Among the benefits of drawing a smile:
- Smiling is a way to show our concern for others.
- Smiling increases productivity and helps in doing more difficult tasks because of its positive effect on mental health.
- A smile makes a person look positive and gives him an elegant look.
- A smile spreads love in the atmosphere, and reduces feelings of depression, hatred and anxiety.
- A smile provides an atmosphere of friendliness, contentment, focus and optimism, especially in the workplace. Imam Ibn Uyaynah says: (And cheerfulness is a trap for affection, and righteousness is an easy thing: a loose face and soft words).
- A smile makes the task of communicating information easier, by relieving tension and calming souls.
- Reduces the manifestations of aging, so Basmons appear younger than their real age.
- It removes grudges and disagreements and clears hearts, reducing problems and making it easier to solve many of them.
- It helps patients recover from their pain faster and enjoy better health.
Despite the misery that we see in the world, we must have a strong will that transcends worry and calamity, and let us remember that we will not change anything that God Almighty has decreed for us with our anger, illusion and frown, and that we will lose a lot of our health when we are angry, and we will lose others when we frown, and we may lose religion when it exceeds worry. And anger comes to protest against the decree of God Almighty. If cheerfulness is not in our nature, then let us learn how to smile and try to be in our nature after we remember the fruits of smiling, and let us always strive to draw a smile on the faces of those around us.
