The Chinese call the small island the name "spring turtle rising from the water", as it begins to appear above the water, when the river water drops to a level of 175 meters, and when the water reaches 145 meters, the rock becomes connected with the mainland, according to the British newspaper "Daily Mail".

The "turtle" island , which resembles the shape of a turtle, is considered by the Chinese as a symbol of life and longevity. Its appearance depends on the amount of floodwater that goes downstream of the "Moduksi" River.

The island contains turtles, pets, and green turtles. It also enjoys soft sand that is ruled by large rocks. It is also famous for diving, walking, and rock climbing.
