Power cuts to Al-Baida town in Tafila

Weather of Arabia - One of the medium voltage cables in the Al-Bayda area of Tafilah governorate was subjected to an air strike that caused blackouts in large parts of the town.

The engineer of the Electricity Distribution Company in Tafila, Eng. Abdel Hafeez Al-Khalafat, said that the company’s cadres separated the medium pressure cable and returned the electrical current to most areas of Ain Al-Bayda in a record time despite the prevailing weather conditions, while work is underway to repair the cable that was subject to malfunction.
