Arab Weather - The latest outputs of numerical models indicate that several countries in the Levant, Egypt, and parts of the Arabian Peninsula will be affected by a state of atmospheric instability, with the chances of rain returning, God willing, to many regions by the end of this week.
Weather forecasters at Arab Weather said that the weather maps indicate that a low pressure system will move over Libyan and Egyptian territory towards the eastern Mediterranean basin countries at the end of the week, leading to the emergence of a state of atmospheric instability starting on Thursday over Egyptian territory, bringing showers of rain in the western and northern parts of Egypt.
As the low pressure system continues to move northeastward, it is expected that on Friday the cold trough will cross and stimulate the activity of the Red Sea low pressure system, accompanied by an activity of atmospheric instability, accompanied by chances of thunderstorms in different parts of the Levant, Iraq, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and later the countries of Kuwait.
According to current data, chances of rain are expected to include scattered areas and in a random manner. Some showers may be heavy in some areas and within narrow geographical areas, and sometimes lead to the formation of floods and a rise in water levels, especially in parts of Iraq, southern and eastern Jordan, Palestine, and northern Saudi Arabia.
