The wilayat of Bawshar topped the list of the wilayats of the Sultanate with the highest rainfall, with 189 mm of precipitation, followed by Al Amerat with 175 mm of precipitation, and Muttrah in third place with 174 mm of precipitation.

 

It is noteworthy that many regions of the Sultanate have witnessed during the past 24 hours moderate to heavy rains, as a result of the region being affected by unstable weather conditions.
