Arab Weather - Sinan Khalaf - The latest outputs of computer modeling for monitoring and tracking the movement of weather systems and air masses indicate that the eastern Mediterranean basin and the Levant will be affected at the beginning of the week by the rush of a very cold polar air mass, which will significantly reduce temperatures and control very cold weather, the effect of which will continue in the short and medium term.
Experts at the Arab Weather Regional Center believe that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will not be far from the effects of the Siberian winds, as these winds are expected to directly affect the Kingdom, especially its northern parts, at the beginning of the week, and will begin to affect the capital, Riyadh, in the last days of the week.
Despite the warm weather that will prevail in the capital on Wednesday, with temperatures approaching the 30 degree Celsius barrier, the night hours will be completely different, as the weather is expected to turn cold in general, with minimum temperatures around 13 degrees Celsius.
On Thursday, the cold mass will reach its peak effect on Riyadh, with the weather being remarkably cold and unusual for this time of year, with maximum temperatures not exceeding 16 degrees Celsius for the first time this season, while the cold weather will become more intense at night with remarkably low minimum temperatures reaching around 10 degrees Celsius, and God knows best.
