According to the latest weather data, it is expected that the rainy condition expected to affect the Kingdom gradually, starting on Friday, will include cumulus thunderstorm clouds affecting wide areas of the Medina region, Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Taif, Al-Baha, parts of the Riyadh, Al-Jawf, Tabuk and Hail regions, and parts of the eastern region, accompanied by rain. This type of cumulonimbus thunderstorm clouds, at this time of the year, is often accompanied by the formation of descending air currents, which create dust waves and perhaps local sand storms in the affected areas, causing a noticeable decrease in horizontal visibility and perhaps its absence at times.
