In detail, Arab Weather experts expect that "large parts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will be gradually affected starting Saturday by the rush of a very cold air mass of polar origin, reaching its peak at night, dawn and Monday morning, such that large parts of the north and center of the Kingdom are expected to record a collapse in minimum temperatures to be around zero degrees Celsius or slightly lower in Al-Jawf, the northern borders, Hail, Qassim and the interior parts of the Eastern Region, with a very cold atmosphere prevailing.
As for the capital, Riyadh, it is expected to be affected by very cold weather, so that the actual impact of the cold wave on the capital will begin from Saturday evening and night, and it is expected that temperatures will drop to 7 degrees Celsius, while the cold air will increase towards the capital so that the cold wave will reach its peak impact on the city of Riyadh at dawn and Monday morning, and the weather will turn to become very cold and drop at night to about 2 degrees Celsius.
