Arabia Weather - The latest satellite images at the Arab Weather Center, especially those specialized in forecasting dust movement, show dust waves affecting several regions, including parts of the Riyadh region, specifically Al-Dawadmi Governorate, and some areas south of Buraidah.

The same maps also indicate the presence of raised dust in some areas, including parts of the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region and parts of the south and southwest of the Kingdom.

According to the latest aerial map outputs at the Arab Weather Center, today, Monday, active western monsoon winds are expected to continue blowing on the coasts of Tihama and its interior parts, the southwestern coasts of Saudi Arabia, including the governorates of Al-Laith and Al-Qunfudhah, extending to the coasts of Jazan and some of its interior parts, all the way to Najran, causing dust and dirt in those areas with low and perhaps no horizontal visibility.

Strong northwesterly winds also blow over the eastern parts of Mecca and Taif and extending to the southern parts of the Riyadh region, including Al-Sulail and Wadi Al-Dawasir, all the way to Najran, accompanied by dust waves that are sometimes dense, accompanied by a significant decrease in horizontal visibility and perhaps its absence in some periods.
