From the Arabia Weather Center - The latest computer modeling maps at the Arabia Weather Center indicate expectations of higher-than-average spring rains over large parts of the south and west of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during the last third of April, as a result of the continued rush of air depressions in the upper layers of the atmosphere. From the northwest of the Arabian Peninsula, coinciding with a surface response to the Red Sea depression over the Kingdom and the flow of quantities of tropical moisture into the atmosphere of the region.
It is expected, God willing, that the chances of thunderstorm rain will be concentrated in the southwest of the Kingdom during the coming days, so that cumulonimbus clouds will multiply in the afternoon and evening over large parts of the regions of Najran, Jizan, and Asir, and will be accompanied by moderate to heavy rains, accompanied by the occurrence of thunderstorms and the fall of papyrus, which It leads to massive flow through valleys and reefs and a rise in water levels on the roads.
Cumulus clouds are also expected to extend in the same period to parts of the Riyadh region administratively, especially the southwestern governorates, in addition to the Al-Baha Heights.
There are continuing indicators at the Arabia Weather Center that the scope of cumulus clouds will expand starting next Thursday, April 25, such that the cumulus clouds will affect several parts of the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region. Gradually, during the last days of the month, the area of rain clouds expands over large parts of Al Gharbia, including parts of its coasts.
