In its clarification via an infographic publication, the Ministry required those wishing to perform the Hajj from within Saudi Arabia to provide proof of receiving a specific group of vaccinations, including “one dose of the Covid 19 vaccine during the year 1445 AH, the same amount of the influenza vaccine, and a dose of the meningitis vaccine during the five years.” past".
The Ministry of Health confirmed the availability of these vaccinations in primary health care centers, noting that an appointment can be booked to receive the required vaccines through the “My Health” application. These steps that must be taken embody the Ministry’s commitment to ensuring the safety of pilgrims and providing a conducive health environment during the Hajj period, calling for adherence to directives and preventive measures to limit the spread of infectious diseases.
