From the Arabian Weather Center - The latest data resulting from the so-called computer simulation at the Arabian Weather Center indicates that it is expected that there will be increased activity due to summer rains this week in many regions of the southwest and west of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, God willing.
The specialists at the Arabia Weather Center said that it is expected that cumulonimbus cloud activity will resume in many regions of the Kingdom during the coming days on the highlands of Jazan, Asir, Al-Baha, and southeast of Mecca, and it may affect parts of Al-Tihamah on some days, and will be accompanied by rainfall of varying intensity. Accompanied by the occurrence of thunderstorms and activity in the descending winds stirring dust before the rain.
It is expected, God willing, that the summer rains will intensify and expand in their area over the southwest and west of the Kingdom by the end of the week, extending to several parts of the regions of Jazan, Asir, Al-Baha, and Makkah Al-Mukarramah, and also extending to some coastal areas, especially the coasts of Jazan, Asir, and the south of Makkah Al-Mukarramah. The intensity of the rain increases, becoming heavier and sometimes accompanied by heavy hail, which leads to flowing into valleys and reefs and a rise in water levels in the roads.
It is expected, God willing, that rain chances will continue in the Kingdom’s resorts during the coming weeks, as a result of an expected tropical moisture flow towards the south of the Arabian Peninsula, accompanying the advance of what is known as the imaginary tropical belt. Solar heating and the topography of the southwest of the Kingdom also play an important role in the formation of clouds. Cumulus.
God knows.
