Arabian Weather experts expected that the high air pressure perched and controlling the Kingdom’s atmosphere would begin to shift and move northward gradually, starting at the end of the second week of July, allowing the imaginary tropical dividing line (ITCZ) to advance northward, and the flow of tropical moisture to the southern parts of the Arabian Peninsula.
