Arab Weather - The monitoring stations of the Saudi National Center of Meteorology recorded, at dawn on Monday, zero temperatures in several parts of the north of the Kingdom, the lowest of which was in the Tarif Governorate in the Northern Borders Region, at 0.4 degrees Celsius below zero.
