It may include the cities of Jubail, Dammam and parts of the Empty Quarter with varying severity, in addition to the city of Riyadh, which is expected to witness dusty weather. Relatively during the daytime hours on Friday, as a result of strong winds that will significantly reduce horizontal visibility at times, which may affect the movement of vehicles on external roads.
