Arab weather - The heavy rain that Kuwait witnessed yesterday for more than 12 hours left its mark on the ground to form a group of water gatherings (khabari) in the wilderness areas, which led to the partial flooding of some of the spring camps.

Khabari, which are usually formed in depressions, witness the growth of some herbs and shrubs and are considered important areas for grazing in their surroundings.

These water gatherings contribute to soil cohesion and reduce the chances of volatilization of sediments that form the surface when the winds intensify, as well as the chances of dust gusts carried from desert areas.
