Sultanate of Oman: A depression in the air and scattered rain is expected in several areas of the north of the Sultanate for the next two days.

Arabia Weather - The latest weather maps at the Arab Regional Weather Center indicate expectations that the north of the Sultanate will be affected by a depression on Sunday and Monday, January 7 and 8, and will cause the proliferation of quantities of clouds at different altitudes and scattered rain in several areas. There is also a relative decrease in temperature.

It is expected, God willing, that clouds will increase at different altitudes in the afternoon and evening hours of Sunday over parts of the Hajar Mountains, with opportunities for them to flow into some coastal areas of the Sea of Oman, especially during the night hours.

As for Monday, the north of the Sultanate will be increasingly influenced by the northern and less hot air currents, so that there will be a relative drop in temperatures, and quantities of clouds and clouds will flow at different altitudes over the northern governorates, especially on the coasts of the Sea of Oman and neighboring areas, and will be accompanied by scattered rain. It may be heavy at times, accompanied by occasional thunder, and may cause water levels to rise in some roads.
