The Gaza Strip is devoid of Corona virus

Al-Qudra indicated during the daily press briefing on confronting the virus, that a virus testing device was provided inside the Strip after samples were being sent for testing in the West Bank.

He announced that 240 citizens were hosted in the newly equipped quarantine centers, while 2778 citizens are currently subjected to domestic quarantine.

In turn, Iyad Al-Bazm, spokesman for the Ministry of Interior and National Security in Gaza said that the security services in the sector are working to protect and follow up the implementation of compulsory quarantine for citizens in stone centers and in homes.
He mentioned that on Tuesday, 190 citizens arrived in Gaza through the Rafah land crossing and 130 citizens through Beit Hanoun / Erez today, "and they were transferred to the compulsory preventive quarantine."
