The Ministry of Works deals with 2,350 reports during the current weather conditions

<p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr">Arab Weather - The Ministry of Public Works and Housing cadres working in the field have dealt with 2,350 reports, since the entry of the snowy depression that affected various governorates of the Kingdom.<br /> The Ministry confirmed in a press statement today, Thursday, that it has worked to coordinate its work with all the competent authorities, and has opened roads within its jurisdiction, and has also contributed to the opening of some roads outside the scope of works&#39; jurisdiction, as part of the participatory efforts between state agencies and institutions.<br /> The ministry indicated that the vast majority of citizens showed a high sense of responsibility by adhering to the warnings issued by them, but a small group neglected these warnings, and the result was that they impeded the work of field devices and exposed them to risks and difficulties, and caused wasted efforts by the devices that pulled their car and brought them back to their homes.<br /> The ministry confirmed that its technical teams will remain on standby during the coming hours and until the current weather conditions are clear, calling on citizens not to hesitate to contact the operating rooms deployed in all governorates or to report via the works notification system.<br /> She indicated that she will start this evening the process of spraying salt on the main roads to prevent them from being freezing during the night hours, as the Meteorological Department expects low temperatures and the occurrence of freezing during the next two nights.</p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"></p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> Jordan News Agency - Petra</p>
