<p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"><strong>Weather of Arabia -</strong> The media spokesperson for the Public Security Directorate said that, given the hot air mass that the Kingdom is witnessing, the Civil Defense Directorate calls for the need to adhere to the following advice and guidelines to avoid incidents of sunstroke and heat stress:</p><ul style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"><li style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> Avoid direct exposure to the sun to avoid the risk of heat stroke and heat stress</li><li style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> Drink plenty of fluids and wear light and loose-fitting clothes</li><li style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> Do not leave sterilizers inside the vehicle during high temperatures because they contain flammable materials</li><li style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> Do not leave children alone inside the vehicle while doing their needs and do not allow them to play under the sun for long periods</li><li style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> Wearing protective head coverings and hats and taking a break, especially for people whose nature of work requires staying under direct sunlight for long periods</li><li style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> Not setting fire to the weeds, especially in forested areas, and staying away from dense weeds that are a hotbed for reptiles such as scorpions and snakes.</li><li style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> Do not hesitate to call the unified emergency phone (911) if the need arises</li></ul>
