Urgent | Important developments and additional intensification of thunderstorms in these areas during the coming hours and on Wednesday

Arab Weather - Sinan Khalaf - The weather forecast staff in Arab weather alerted shortly before the possibility of thunderstorms rising again to become heavy during the coming hours of Tuesday night on both Najran and Jazan, with a high probability of torrential rains forming in these areas.

Occasionally accompanied by heavy hail

Heavy thunderstorms in Jizan and Asir, including mountains and coasts, on Wednesday

As for the daytime hours on Wednesday, the rains are expected to be "heavy to very heavy" in Jizan and Asir, including the coastal parts and Farasan Island, so that thunderstorms will multiply and rain will fall heavily, with a high chance of torrential rains, especially in low-lying areas and slopes Mountainous, and some of these clouds may extend to the outskirts of Al-Baha and extending to Taif and the eastern parts of the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region, but with less intensity.

Some important recommendations:

- Alert from the formation of torrents locally in parts of the southwest and west of the Kingdom

- an alert of cold showers that may be accumulated and relatively disruptive to vehicular traffic density

- Warning of the occurrence of thunderstorms and the accompanying activity of dusty surface winds.
